This is my favorite beef cutlet restaurant. I often go there when I want to eat raw meat.I eat the rare cutlet with mountain wasabi and salt or soy sauce, and it's only one serving. When you add the minced meat cutlet, the sauce comes out and goes well with the minced meat cutlet, making the rice even more delicious. The natto miso soup also has a hearty taste, which I love.

I went there for the first time. I thought the rare beef cutlet was the best❗, and when I tried it, was it bonito? The meat has no taste or bitterness and is soft. It's not greasy and you can eat it easily. It was a meal that would go well with Japanese sake. She looks like a busy mother. He looked grim.

I visited you on a weekday night. There are counter seats and a small raised area. I ordered a beef cutlet set meal and a single minced meat cutlet. The beef cutlet is a rare piece of meat similar to tataki, and it is moist and tender. Even though it was fried, it wasn't greasy and was very easy to eat. It is a satisfying set meal with plenty of rice. There is a half minced meat cutlet on the top left of the plate, but it is quite large. Very juicy and well seasoned with salt and pepper. I preferred the minced meat cutlet to the main beef cutlet.

I had the large beef cutlet set meal. The inside was almost raw and tasted like sashimi. You can see the performance from the preparation stage. It is a result of the craftsmanship of 60 seconds of frying time.

Third time coming here. gyukatsu isn't really common people who live in Hokkaido. it is really delicious and tender beef fly. super recommend it. I had beef cutlet combo which is delicious and tender red beef like tuna. It's surely worth coming.
